bp and Worley are helping to pioneer renewable fuels in Australia. The Kwinana Renewable Fuels project is one of bp’s five global biofuel projects, repurposing a former oil refinery into a biorefinery producing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (HVO), also known as renewable diesel.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to join our team in Perth.
The role responsibilities include:
- Provide the project team with administration and clerical support.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- Preparation of expense reports.
- Assist with the creation and preparation of documents, presentations and/or publications.
- Maintaining up to date organisational chart.
- Preparation of communications and presentations to address individuals and groups on changing tasks and/or objectives.
What you’ll have
- Accreditation or training including secretarial, or office administration qualifications would be preferred.
- High level of computer proficiency in preparation of documents, presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software.
- Effectively manage change to work tasks, environment, and assist others with adapting to change.
- Able to identify issues, problems, and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information to individuals and groups.
- A keen interest in communications is advantageous
- General effective project communications experience is advantageous
