As a Lead BI Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with marketing leaders and other key stakeholders to define and address their data and analytics needs. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis, interactive dashboards, and compelling visualizations that directly influence business strategy.

The day to day

• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand and define their data & analytics needs.
• Perform advanced data analytics, build analytics products (visualizations, dashboards, presentations etc) and deliver actionable insights, to drive data-driven business decisions.
• Proactively monitor business performance using automated dashboards and ad-hoc data analysis. Present updates about the business to leaders and teams within the organization.
• Own data quality of self-serve dashboards.
• Provide detailed requirements to the Data Engineering team on the data models that are needed to drive analytics and automated dashboards.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers across the organization to share best practices around processes and usage of data.
  
  

Required Skills And Expertise

• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience interacting with and providing business consulting services to leaders in an organization.
• Experience performing advanced data analysis that provides useful insights and recommendations to the business.
• Advanced skills in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis.
• Excellent data debugging skills to systematically identify the root cause of data inconsistencies.
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts like data integrations, ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing, source code management etc.
• Deep working knowledge in one or more business domains of Marketing, Customer Support, Product, Finance or Marketing.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• MBA in Consulting, Marketing or Finance with at least 4 years of business intelligence or data analytics consulting experience, either internally within an organization or as an external consultant.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Experience building data science models to test different business scenarios and to predict business outcomes.
• Experience developing data visualizations using a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio).
• Experience using a Customer Data Platform like Segment, to build insights.

Base Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
