Why we're hiring:
We’re looking for a People Engagement Manager to join our Culture & Engagement Team at WPP. As part of our Culture and Engagement team, you’ll be working closely with the People Operations, Data & Tech, Learning and Development teams, and Chief People Officers (CPOs), as well as broader functions across our group and operating companies to help report on and analyse our semi-annual engagement survey data. This person will lead and advance engagement across WPP.
This position can be based out of our New York or London offices.
What you'll be doing:
- Update, maintain, and execute the semi-annual engagement/Pulse survey
- Work with all brands in survey creation to ensure consistent and correct questions, communication, and reporting
- Review and create survey reports and the survey report plan, while creating ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders; manage access across survey platform
- Work with our agencies to obtain and validate data, helping to resolve validation concerns
- Lead results conversations with OpCo CPOs and DEI Leaders, focusing on key DEI KPIs and action planning
- Lead belonging and engagement conversations in our ERGs around Pulse data
- Assist and work with the Culture and Engagement Team on ad-hoc projects and tasks
What you'll need:
In this role you will need:
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in medium/large scale projects (previous DEI experience a plus)
- Survey tool experience is not required, but preferred
- Vendor experience is preferred
- Natural affinity with numbers and analysis – quantitative skills is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate and engage with the C-suite
- Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice
- Curiosity to learn new skills
- Fluency in English
