SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Program Assistant to be responsible for the management, preparation, and coordination of program-related administrative tasks.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the Manufacturing Management Team in administrative tasking.
- Assist with research and writing of presentations and support documentation.
- Coordinate with project manager on preparing and reviewing reports and other project-related documentation.
- Assists project manager with responding to inquiries and data calls.
- Track project-related administrative activity.
- Arrange and prepare materials for conference calls and meetings.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items for meetings.
- Draft and send project-related correspondence
- Organize and maintain file system.
- Prepare and review reports and other project-related documentation.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3 ) years of experience of administrative experience.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain the security of company confidential and business sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Project.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
