What Will You Do?
- Support Wrench Group brands throughout the United States with their day-to- day fleet needs. You will primarily interact with location fleet managers and facilitate support on their behalf from Wrench Group’s fleet management company
- Ensure all locations are utilizing fleet management company programs as directed. Intervene and resolve issues when necessary
- All new company locations, acquisitions and green fields, must have their vehicles and drivers fully integrated into all fleet programs. Their personnel responsible for vehicles and invoices must be trained on all programs and processes
- Oversee a companywide telematics installation project that will take most of 2023 to complete
- Collaborate with field fleet managers and operations leaders to standardize vehicle upfitting packages
- Develop dashboards to provide visibility into location fleet performance
- Other related duties as assigned by Fleet Director
Do I have What it Takes?
- Minimum 5 years of professional fleet management experience, preferably in the private sector with a large, geographically dispersed fleet.
- Experience working with fleet management companies (Holman, Wheels, Element) and managing their account teams to ensure they are meeting performance standards and SLAs
- Fluent with various fleet management customer portals (FMC, WEX, GeoTab, Lytx). Ability to extract data and compile reports
- Experience creating driver and vehicle policies
- Experience with driver safety and vehicle accident reduction programs helpful
- Experience creating commercial vehicle and upfitting specifications
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required, PowerPoint preferred).
- Proficient at Excel with the ability to run pivot tables, V-Lookups, and analyze data.
- Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) a plus
- High energy, positive attitude, ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel
