About us
WRIGHT CHOICE COUNSELING, a faith-based group private practice in Vandalia, Illinois is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our group practice. We specialize in working with first responders, veterans, and their families. We are a growing group practice that has done telehealth since 2019 and now does both in person and online in both IL and Washington State. We have expanded to offer in person and online therapy to help transform individual, couples and families mind, body and spirit.
We have one office location, in the downtown neighborhood of Vandalia. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Illinois with one-year requirement of post-independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience, and registered with CAQH. Compensation is percentage based on income received, and paid out monthly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, addictions, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Wright Choice Counseling provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. Requirements are:
*Current State of Illinois license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC
*Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
*Minimum 1 year post independent licensure
*Prior private practice experience is a plus
*Be able to able to work with first responders and faith-based *May be willing to hire provisional licensed applicants if they can be in person in Vandalia IL.

Pay: $60 per session for fully licensed; $40 per session for W2 non-fully licensed employees.
