Network Systems Supervisor

WTC Network Systems Supervisor is a Mid-level position responsible for maintaining and implementing the scheduling/staffing network, including user access, folders, files, data integrity, and monitoring of the Networks performance. The Network Systems Supervisor is responsible for creating, evaluating, and delivering a training plan that promotes consistency throughout the company. The Network Systems Supervisor reports to the Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and supervise the network system to ensure employee awareness to processes and standards
• Develop and execute a training schedule, coordinating with offices/departments
• Create customized, adaptable, training materials and documents
• Conduct network policy and procedure training for all offices, via web conferencing, in-person as needed
• Follow up to confirm compliance, identifying concerns and provide corrective action
• Provide feedback to Leadership/Management, detect and report performance trends
• Become proficient in industry standards, operational and company specific policies and procedures
• Maintenance of scheduling, staffing, fleet, and industry documentation
• Analyze problems and strategize for a better result, communicate system related issues
• Take direction from Leadership team to achieve company goals with current and future network information
• All other duties as assigned

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, and industry related platforms
• Ability to generate multiple resources to be used on different platforms

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel, as needed
• Ability to travel between offices, as needed
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or 2 years network operations experience
