The Role
This is a Graphic Designer position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the supervisor and improving design tasks.
To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful Graphic Designer should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision.

Main Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into compelling designs under the guidance of the Art Director & marketing manager.
- Design assets that will appear in printed and online marketing channels: flyers, posters, direct mail, webpages, email, web banners, social media graphics, PowerPoint decks, Word document templates, iconography, sales, and marketing collateral, branding style guides, Product Design, white papers, and other creative assets
- Provide fresh design ideas for web, mobile, and email experiences under the supervision of the Art Director.
- Edit professional photos including light retouching, background removal, and color/tone correction on an as-needed basis
- Create logos and brand identity that is versatile enough to be used on different platforms and for marketing needs under the supervisor of the Art Director.
Basic Qualifications
- You are skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch
- You are an ambitious, highly skilled, and extremely organized designer.
- You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of composition.
- You are a true team player who is not afraid to jump in and tackle a new assignment, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar.
- You are comfortable with fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.
- You obsess over good design, and you regularly collect and share examples
- You notice when a design is imperfect by a few pixels and other details others do not
- You take ownership of your projects and take pride in a perfectly executed final product
- You love a good deadline and can manage your own time successfully
- You enjoy finding, exploring, and utilizing new and better ways to succeed
- You are passionate about all aspects of web, UI, motion, print and brand design
- You have strong experience in Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a design-oriented role.
- You have experience managing multiple brands at once with different voices
- You have some experience in motion design (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
- You have experience working with BugHerd, InVision, Canva Square, Shopify and Webflow
- Photography skills are a plus!
