What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN (PT/FT) position at WRS, Inc.?
Are you tired of your fast-paced work environment? If so, come join our team! We are seeking LVNs and LPTs to join our growing WRS Family. Our staff-to-client ratio is 1:3 to help provide the best quality of life to our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Care for developmentally disabled adult clients, ADLs
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Administer prescribed medications and g-tube feeding
- Collaborate with registered nurses for client care plans
- Take doctor’s orders over the phone
- Educate and update staff on medical care plans
- Light housekeeping
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with feeding tubes, feeding pumps and catheters
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
