The WSA Global Procurement Team

40 people across Denmark, Germany, Poland, Shanghai, Singapore, Mexico, Iselin (US) and Palm Beach (US) who work closely together, support each other, and appreciate a constructive and informal tone. We work in a fast-paced environment where local and global relations in various departments and projects are important to deliver results.

You will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, work with stakeholders in HearUSA and report to Procurement Head of Marketing and Retail Category (based in Denmark).

The role

This person will be helping enable efficiencies in HearUSA marketing spend through analysis and partnering with marketing for procurement practices (RFP, negotiations..) for the following categories: digital marketing, print, display, agencies, insights, events.

What you will do

• Manage the HearUSA Marketing spend in digital marketing, print, display, agencies, Insights, events
• Deliver category savings, scorecard metric targets and build partnerships with strategic suppliers
• Identify and execute category specific savings levers to achieve cost savings targets
• Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and contract compliance and participate in the resolution of any constraints or issues
• Act as procurement point of contact for suppliers and maintain relationships with supplier senior executives
• Recommend areas and target for purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management
  
• Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement
  
• Maintain close interaction with Marketing and business partners to ensure category-related needs are addressed
• Collaborate internally to drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for Strategic Suppliers and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement.

What you will bring

• Experience in procurement/sourcing of marketing services and/or materials
• Negotiation experience for complex contracts and value ad services
  
• Knowledge of cost modeling, added value concepts and strategic sourcing process
  
• An advocate and a change agent, capable of navigating the organization and influence Commercial decisions
• Analytic toolset – able to set financial targets and value concepts
