What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain client relationships skills with renewable energy clients.
- Manage energy project from a land surveying aspect to meet schedules, budgets, and client needs.
- Coordinate with other WSB project managers and energy clients on project progress.
- Work with field and office staff to develop an efficient team approach to survey operations.
- Proposal preparation and cost estimates renewable utility scale ALTA’s, design surveys and construction staking.
- Strong skills Civil 3D base mapping and understanding of title commitments and proformas.
- Drafting legal descriptions'reviewing legal descriptions
- Drafting and reviewing ALTA surveys and boundary surveys to meet requirements/statutes across the US.
What You Will Bring:
- 5 -7 years’ experience in land surveying
- A comprehensive knowledge of ALTA’s, Boundary, Topographic, and Construction surveying is required.
- Good managerial and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Texas Licensed Land Surveyor preferred but not required.
- Three years' experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Self-motivated, organized and the proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
