WSP is currently initiating a search for a Director, US Mine Water & Environment for one of our Western US offices, including: Denver, CO, Reno, NV, Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ or be based remotely. Be involved in projects with our US Mine Water & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

The Director is focused on growth by providing marketing, sales and technical leadership, maintaining relationships with top mining clients, and leading strategy development and implementation. The US Mine Water & Environment Director is critical to the successful implementation of the US Mining Region’s plan, in collaboration with our Global Mining business. #globalmining
Your Impact
Provides leadership to the Mine Water and Environment District in collaboration with Mine Waste Director, Mine Engineering and Stability Director, and Process & Infrastructure Design Director.
Clients:

- Brings an expanded view and integrated response to complex challenges by leveraging our full suite of offerings.
- Utilizes our Global Mining Client Program and extended reach across regions, districts, offices, and global to foster new and innovative client delivery.
- Deploys our unique expertise and perspective to create new value for clients and provides industry leadership within the district.

- Develops growth, forecast, and business development strategy in collaboration with Region Business Line Leaders, National Business Lines, and Global Mining Partners.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in science or engineering
- 12 years of professional experience
- Strong leadership, relationship management, change management, planning, and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results
- Proven industry or consulting track record of executing solutions related to site wide mine water management and environmental matters
- Experience in the mining sector

Compensation and Benefits
WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. Expected Salary: $141,000 - $209,440
WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
