Your Impact

* Work will primarily include building enclosure commissioning and ground-up enclosure consulting services for a wide range of high-end and challenging projects across New England, including design and design review, specifications, design detailing, and construction administration.
* Candidate will be expected to manage teams of multiple staff on multiple projects at the same time, to support the growth and development of WSP's national building enclosure commissioning/consulting practice.
* Candidate will work collaboratively, offer technical guidance, and coordinate with appropriate technical leads to deliver high-quality review and responses on projects and to advance internal knowledge and processes.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience in Building Enclosures Team / Construction /Architecture minimum.
* 3 years as a person directly involved in the design, construction, fabrication and/or inspection of various glazing systems.
* Experience in quality control and management is required.
* Extensive knowledge in all manners of building construction is required, especially roofing, and a wide range of masonry, stone, terra cotta and fenestration.
* Maintains strong relationships with clients and external professional and industry groups.
* Extensive and successful business development experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Business Development.
* Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
* Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
* Familiarity/proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other technical drafting software.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree is preferred in one of the above-listed disciplines.
* Professional Licensure/Certification.
