Title: 107N-YN_CS_NPS - Program Coordinator Business Title: Program Coordinator Additional Titles: Location: WSU PULLMAN CAMPUS Employee Type: Classified Job Family: Civil Service and Non-Permanent - OT Eligible Position Details: Summary of Duties: Under general supervision perform a variety of duties in support of the Office of Admissions in order to meet the desired outcome of Enrollment Management as well as the strategic goals of the University and the department. Under general supervision, review and process undergraduate applications for admission. Assist with all areas of the operations section of the office. With delegated authority, admit or deny student admission based upon evaluations of academic credentials. This position may be eligible for Remote/hybrid work and flexible/telework schedule. Upon successful completion of the employee’s 6-month probationary period and training, this position may be eligible for a hybrid telework agreement. All telework agreements are assessed and extended on a semester basis. Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience. Two years related experience working with student records, admissions, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience at a higher education institution. Knowledge of the admissions process. Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working with confidential records.
