What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Manager position at WT Equipment?
WT Equipment is looking to hire a Parts Manager for their Searcy, Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will have management experience and will preferably be knowledgeable in the Agriculture industry. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develops and enforces department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedules and assigns jobs to Parts Counter Personnel according to their knowledge and skill level
- Develops and implements department certification plans in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as colleagues
- Basic understanding of financial principles relating to department operation
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer operations skills such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to quickly resolve internal and external conflict
