What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Manager position at WundaBar Pilates?
We are looking for a driven candidate to manage and lead our teams at our Montrose and Pasadena locations. This role is perfect for you if you can work autonomously, love a fast-paced environment, have a passion for fitness and love people!
- 30 hours per week (minimum 25-28 hours on-site, mostly around class time - Suggested Monday-Friday, needing to be available some weekends)
- Handle all email communications, both client and staff
- Organize and facilitate all sub requests and communications
- 1st point of contact for studio emergencies
- On-site on-boarding for all new educators/team members
- Reports to Operations Manager
- Lead communicator between corporate team and educators
- Daily general maintenance and cleaning of premise
- Assist on machine maintenance and cleaning
- Facilitate all contractors Drive sales in-studio and online, meeting monthly targets
- Lead Montrose and Pasadena team
- Host studio events

Pay: $31,200.00 - $39,000.00 per year
