What you will do You will use your strategic, analytical, and creative skills to elevate WW.com through strategic story-telling, data-driven experimentation, and pushing-the-boundaries ideation. Your well-rounded marketing experience should lend perfectly to this role focused on upper funnel site strategy including lead generation, SEO, and bringing to life brand campaigns and initiatives. Global Strategy: Create the roadmap and lead the story-telling on WW.com for upper funnel initiatives. Drive the priorities and empower your team to reimagine our lead generation, SEO, and brand and content-led landing pages. Communicate marketing plans, data, and learnings to ensure alignment among the larger team and stakeholders. Work closely with your Global counterparts to ensure cohesive, streamlined execution. Specific Areas of Ownership: Brand and Content-Led Site Experiences: At WeightWatchers, we are embracing our storied legacy while also embarking on a transformation. Your team will build how our story and new initiatives come to life on WW.com by developing engaging and meaningful experiences and landing pages. Segmentation: Develop deliberate journeys for various audiences and goals. Continuously A/B test and optimize. Lead Generation: Revamp our email/text capture efforts to better serve the users, helping to build robust touchpoints that help fill the CRM funnel. SEO: Create a forward-thinking plan to boost organic search performance via technical updates, content strategy, and more. Oversee team’s global budget and allocation. App Store Optimization: Implement best practices for App Store and Google Play to broaden exposure of our app and drive downloads. Take the lead on both organic and paid opportunities such as app events, banners, preview images, and custom product pages. Identify new opportunities with these partners. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of experienced marketers. Take the charge on setting the vision for global assets. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as content, creative/design, product, engineering, and third-party vendors. Data and Analysis: Tap into your passion for data to identify growth opportunities and set goals for major initiatives. Be comfortable with the data and analysis to lead the team in making informed decisions. Who you are You should be inspired by the digital experiences on your phone, whether it’s a social media platform, game, wellness app, or online store. You use your phone to buy groceries, watch videos, and connect to your smart home. And you’re always paying attention to what brands are doing to get your attention. Here’s what else you’ll bring to the table: 6 years in performance-based, direct-response digital marketing with experience in site, app, and landing page optimization. SEO experience a plus. Must have managed a team previously Strong written communication skills with demonstrated excellence working with cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in and passion for a fast-paced, pivoting environment Maniacal attention to detail, strong organization skills, and creative problem solving Familiarity with various CMS, Google Analytics, and Optimizely (or another A/B testing platform) Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
