What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Data Analyst position at WWC Global?
WWC Global is seeking a Junior Data Analyst for a potential contract supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program (REPP).
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with formulating a process for synthesizing qualitative after action report information.
- Creating and maintaining databases.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining Tableau-based dashboards.
- Supporting data management across the initiative.
- Supporting the automation and enhancement of processes utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML).
- Assisting with managing work flow and processes.
- Supporting demonstrations, pre-event meetings, learning sessions, and feedback sessions for multiple dashboard demonstrations with HW staff and/or regional stakeholders.
- Providing written, verbal, and visual communications for new/updated data products.
- Providing meeting support including editing presentations, identifying action items, delivering draft and final meeting notes as well as after action reports.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
