The candidate for this position should be a highly organized, efficient and accurate person. This role is responsible for taking care of the executive’s personal schedule, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining contact lists and handling travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and experience with a diverse set of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily task like writing letter, proposals, booking travel, setting lunches/meetings/dinners, managing schedule, etc..
- interact with other employees in scheduling multiple meetings, outings, retreats, etc...
- touching multiple businesses in various ways, some travel included (but light), and keep things organised
- work with banks, CPA's, and financial instructions got gather information and deliver information needed to manage relationships. Naturally, all of this is under the direction of the employer you are working for.
