WYN Consultants is partnering with a client who is looking for a Service Technician in the Springfield area. Client is looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as with a team atmosphere and is willing to take the initiative to be a leader and look to advance.
You will be working with a fast-paced company with an open-door environment. They offer unique solutions to clients to address their specific needs today, while preparing them for tomorrow.
Service Technicians work directly with support teams and on-site at customer locations to ensure jobs are completed to customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for the management and completion of installation, cabling, equipment maintenance, and resources at customer locations. The position is based out of your local area with an expectation of as much as 70-95% travel as needed to support clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service and installation of equipment at customer locations
- Ensure the job site operates to company and customer standards
- Effectively and professionally communicate and interact with customers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose managed devices
- Repair, maintain, and install telecommunications infrastructure
- Managing helper technicians as needed for jobs
- Display a professional presentation at customer sites
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Experience with IT installations, field services, or similar backgrounds preferred
- Able to obtain certifications required for aerial lifts
- A Valid driver license and able to be insured
