Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Leverage an omni-channel Marketing approach to consistently meet company's revenue target
- Manage Account Based Marketing campaigns, targeting specific prospects
- Manage 3 direct reports, including performance metrics
- Manage production of customer testimonial videos and product in use videos
- Increase MQLs, SQL conversion rates and opportunity deal size
- Utilize account-based marketing tactics to bring in new deals from target accounts and close deals in progress
- Accelerate deal velocity by tracking and measuring marketing influence throughout the buyer journey
- Ensure Sales' pipeline coverage is substantial to meet revenue goals
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Provide monthly and quarterly metrics regarding Marketing's efforts
Your Experience
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience (bonus if enterprise-level software)
- 3-5 years of expert knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot) and CRMs (Salesforce, SugarCRM)
- Ability to oversee 10 high-priority projects at once, balancing resources and deadlines
- 3 years of experience managing a team with 4 direct reports
- Experience building out effective full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategies
- A track record illustrating your marketing performance and successes
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
