Position Summary:
Provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for all administrative and clerical duties for the General Manager. Maintains relevant databases, assists in the preparation and maintenance of documents, presentations, and meetings. Makes travel arrangements and prepares executives’ expense reports. Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports. Answers and screens calls, takes messages or forwards to voicemail. Types and edits documents ranging from general correspondence to technical reports and spreadsheets; and performs related work as assigned. Handles confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and four years of responsible administrative, secretarial, or high-level clerical experience. Proficient in MS Office Software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, accuracy and commitment to satisfaction and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers and outside contacts in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and competing priorities and to meet critical deadlines. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. High degree of personal integrity and professionalism. High level of motivation. Must be able to sit for 90% of shift, walk for 5% of shift and stand for 5% of shift. Wyoming Gaming Commision license and background mandatory for employment.
