Systems Engineer-Maintenance and Logistics

   -  Maintenance Strategy for all structures, systems, and components

   -  Preventive Maintenance (PM) with Feedback process for improvements over time

   -  Predictive Maintenance (PdM) with Feedback process for improvements over time

   -  Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) with Feedback process for improvements over time

   -  Manage the development of the Preventive Maintenance Basis Document for each Component Class

   -  Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  -  Electronic Work Package Processes

  -  Digital Procedure framework

  -  Advanced tools in support of maintenance activities (Augmented Reality for example)

  -  Equipment Reliability (INPO AP-913)

  -  Corrective Action Process

  -  ASME BPVC Section XI

     ◦  In-Service Inspections (ISI)

     ◦  Reliability and Integrity Management (RIM)

  -  Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS)

  -  Maintenance Rule (10 CFR 60.65) Coordination

·  System and Component Health Monitoring Support Systems Engineers in the Design group to define maintenance needs for their respective systems.

·  Work with Instrumentation & Control (I&C) group to provide incorporate maintenance requirements into control systems.

·  Manage staff of Maintenance Engineers, Predictive Maintenance Engineers/Analysts (Vibration, Thermography, Ultrasound/Acoustic, and Lubrication) Planners, Procedure Writers, and Lead Technicians.

Minimum Education/Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in utility operations and maintenance
• Project management, and program implementation in the nuclear power industry
• Experience in Maintenance Rule Coordination strongly preferred
• Experience in PM program implementation and management strongly preferred
• Experience in using EAMS/CMMS tools a plus
• Experience in ISI and RIM a plus
• Experience in the definition and development of Logistic Support for nuclear power plant systems.
• Experience with technical contract management preferred (specification, bid, review, recommendation/award, submittal review, change management, contract closeout)
• Experience and/or exposure to systems at operational nuclear facilities
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment to produce a complex end-product.
• Basic understanding of Systems Engineering processes, as well as relevant aspects of nuclear licensing, regulatory, quality, and safety requirements
