Xando Energy is looking for energetic, goal-driven, motivated individuals to join our team of experts in SWFL and further their career in the solar industry with potential for immense growth. This is a role for a quick learner and self-motivated individual who can adapt and maintain both quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Dependability

• Able to work Monday-Friday

• Clean Driving record

• Able to withstand working long hours in the heat

• Can work in tight areas (attics)

• Comfortable working on a roof

• Able to go up and down a ladder multiple times

• Can lift 50lb

• Available to work longer than 8 hours to finish projects

• Must be a team player

Desired Skills:

• Tool knowledge

• Attention to quality

• Prior electrical knowledge

• Prior roof experience

• Solar background
