We're seeking a detail oriented and multi-tasking Field Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
The Field Operations Coordinator supports the Field Operations Team and our worldwide Guides/Leaders with various administrative and operations tasks, email communications, and short-term projects.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
- Collect, track, and manage Guide/Leader on-boarding and compliance documentation. Track and monitor expiration dates and ensure all documents are received in a timely manner.
- Manage the distribution and collection of Tour Master Documents for all active departures.
- Review and distribute Trip Reports and provide “action needed” emails to product, guest services, and operations.
- Coordinate the auditing of the Tour Fund Sheets with the Field Operation Managers and Product Operation Managers.
- Annually review and send Guide/Leader contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office systems and operations
- Positive and professional communication style with excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction but also work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable style and attitude
- English fluency
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Word, and Outlook.
Salary : $36,500 - $46,300
