Assistant AD for Women’s Basketball Operations

Xavier University Athletics seeks applications for a full-time Assistant AD for Women’s Basketball Operations. This position works under the direct supervision of the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball. This position, along with all coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Xavier’s intercollegiate athletics program and for protecting the reputation of the University through compliance with all relevant rules.
Overview of Position Requirements
The Assistant AD for Women’s Basketball Operations will report to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and provide operational support for all areas of Xavier women’s basketball program. The Assistant AD will be the program liaison to athletics administration and oversee the video coordinator. The person will coordinate team travel, post-game meals, and assist with recruiting travel. The Assistant AD will help with on-campus recruiting visit itineraries, recruiting graphics, and recruiting schedules. The person in this position will schedule team practices and shoot-around times. The person in this position will chart player stats during games and practices. The Assistant AD will be responsible for the coordination, promotion, and management of camps. The person will perform other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and the Director of Athletics.
