XCCELERA is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative for its client, a leading global provider of automated packaging solutions from Spain, specialized in end-of-line systems. The company focuses on multiformat solutions for packing, palletizing, and logistics handling, offering innovative technologies that improve productivity and reduce costs for clients in the food and beverage, homecare, and personal care sectors.

This role focuses on growing the business, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Northeast USA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Opportunities: Actively seek out potential clients through direct outreach, attending trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Acquire new customers, particularly in the food industry (80% of focus), as well as personal care and paints sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients, focusing on both retention and new acquisition.
  • Travel: Travel at least 50-75% within the U.S. and occasionally to Spain.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the packaging or automation sector.
  • Experience: 3 years in industrial sales, demonstrating your ability to drive results and meet targets.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen, ideally residing in the Northeast USA.
  • Education: An engineering degree is preferred but not required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, without a local office, and communicate effectively with global teams.
