REQUIREMENTS
- TS/SCI
- Advanced degree in history AND 5 years related experience
- Supplied proficiency in applying the historical method to compose comprehensive historical volumes
- Proven ability to conduct and transcribe oral interviews with eyewitnesses
- Demonstrated skills in locating, identifying, analyzing, and utilizing primary and secondary source documentation
- Demonstrated experience in collecting and evaluating relevant sources for historical research
- Supported professional expertise or academic specialization in modern military history, post-WWII U.S. defense and foreign policy, arms control, nuclear weapons policy, and strategic deterrence theory
