We have a rare and extremely exciting General Manager - Architecture position, to join the Architecture leadership team across our Product and Technology portfolios. How you’ll make an impact...  The GM Architecture provides strategic, commercial, and technical oversight across Xero’s architecture teams to ensure alignment with overall Xero strategy and cross-organisational architectural outcomes, proactively and effectively communicating with stakeholders around the globe, and building empathy for and understanding of our users, customers, and markets. Reporting to the EGM of Architecture & Integration, you will empower your architecture leaders and their teams to increase the technical efficiency and effectiveness of the product and technology development functions, while retaining Xero’s ability to remain responsive to our customers through short development cycle times and high roadmap throughput.
