How you’ll make an impact  As GM of Growth, you will be an integral part of the Small Business Accounting (SBA) team helping to deliver our vision to be the most insightful and trusted small business platform. This will involve providing oversight across the Small Business Accounting division to make sure we optimize our performance, set strategy, effectively manage key strategic priorities, and ultimately drive commercial performance across the business. You will take joint ownership, along with the EGM - Small Business Accounting, of driving revenue growth across the division, and ensuring we are constantly measuring our performance across the portfolio and reporting our performance to all key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Small Business Accounting Leadership Team, informing their product roadmaps by ensuring analytical and commercial rigour, and developing business cases and GTM strategies for new products/features. You will be responsible for growing new product lines such as Xero Go as they are in their infancy, partnering with Engineering, Design and Marketing to lead the strategy and teams for these products. You will also be responsible for financial planning (e.g. budget, forecasts) across the Small Business Accounting team and will set up and run the reporting cadence with key stakeholders (e.g. regional teams, global partnerships team).  Xero is a values based business, please include a cover letter explaining how you would bring #human to this role.
