How you’ll make an impact
The key pillar of the Operations team is providing regional leadership across operations and project management for the EMEA region. This team runs strategic and operational Go to Market (GTM) programmes of work designed to support Xero to meet the opportunities and challenges of the years ahead. Programmes of work may be global or regional in nature, but must be executed expertly across the EMEA region.
This role will be to lead the programme management team who are responsible for the end to end strategic programme management process, from working with the regional senior leadership team (SLT) to design operational plans, as well as working with the wider leadership team to ensure functional plans align with the overall strategy for the region. This role will manage Project Managers and will also be responsible for delivering a robust cross functional operating model (globally and regionally) and embedding change management principles within the region.
