About the team you’ll join:
This role will be part of the HUB, Xero’s internal creative department which sits inside the wider Brand and Marketing function. The HUB develops and maintains Xero’s brand guidelines, playbooks and key assets, as well as building and delivering large scale campaigns from brief through to delivery. This work enables the development of beautiful assets that can be found, reused and repurposed across the business so that Xero’s rich brand personality is maintained.
About the role:
You’ll work collaboratively with various teams to scope, conceptualise and deliver programs of work ranging from long-term campaigns and projects through to quick turnaround small scale tasks; additionally you will then be the key project manager to take those campaigns from brief stage to delivery.
This role is responsible for the day to day production and delivery of these activities and will be required to manage their timelines, stakeholder expectations, and juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other Integrated Producers and Digital Delivery Managers to organise the stream of work in an effective manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders in a respectful, effective and collaborative manner; manage both internal and external relationships (if required), production timeframes and deliverables with key suppliers and production partners.
- Take ownership of building out project plans, scheduling tasks, and booking resources; lead activities as the day to day ‘hands on’ delivery manager for work that impacts the content on Xero’s website.
- Build landing pages and update content inside of Adobe AEM (our Adobe CMS) for our website; upload assets and manage the integrity of other platforms across Xero such as YouTube and Brightcove as well as any potential new platform Xero enables.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as an Integrated Producer or Production Manager
- High level of production knowledge, ideally with proven expertise across various types of media including print, video, motion graphics, landing pages and digital advertising
- Strong exposure to digital project management in an environment with complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and team members spanning creative teams, studio production teams and external vendors
- Exposure to a CMS (we use Adobe AEM) and/or digital asset management platform (DAM) would be highly beneficial
