Summary:
The Toner Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for the production of toner that meets customer product specifications. They are responsible for operating a variety of toner processing equipment including, but not limited to: extruders, grinders, blenders, and screeners.
Location: Webster, NY
Pay Rate: $22.50 with shift differential ($1.00 B shift $1.25 C shift)

Schedule: 3 Shift Rotation
Responsibilities:
Ability to learn and become proficient with the ABB Distributed Control System to monitor production equipment and execute production
Monitor product quality per manufacturing procedures
Interface with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supervisors
Material handling
Perform product changeovers
Perform product sampling to meet quality standards
Maintain production records such as log sheets, checklists, etc.
Willing to work off-shifts
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Successful completion of Qualifier Assessment (testing administered as part of hiring process)
Computer literacy
Prior Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Strong work ethic
Ability to climb stairs, use a powered hand tool and work on elevated platforms
