The Team You’ll Join
You will be joining the Sales team, which is currently a small team of talented sales professionals who truly enjoy themselves and have fun while focused on hitting their numbers. As we expand in the PBM market, help us with inroads in the industry and bring more visibility to players we’ve worked with in the past as well as go after the consultants and pharmacy departments within health plans. As a Sales Director at Xevant, you will focus on developing and implementing the sales strategy and effectively producing new revenue to create maximum opportunity for our product.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Generate new sales qualified leads and business opportunities to drive pipeline growth
- Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, and networking
- Generate new opportunities from inbound leads and from outbound prospecting initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
Your Background, Perspective, and Experience
- Previous experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management and/or data/analytics industries is crucial to the success of this role
- 3 years sales or sales management experience within technology industry
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and typical online applications
- Proven professional experience with regulatory compliance and requirements including HIPAA
