Who are we looking for?
The EDI Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in the onboarding of new customers to XIFIN’s software. The EDI Enrollment Specialist ensures that our new customers are set up appropriately with payors and 3rd party clearinghouses and for making sure that features and customizations specific to each customer are set up and maintained. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly detailed and will be adept at navigating multiple online systems and resources. You are a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills and can apply your analytical skills to solving challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Function as a liaison between XIFIN, the customer, the payor and the clearinghouse
- Analyze XIFIN customer’s payor lists to determine clearinghouse enrollment requirements
- Work with Clearinghouse to resolve issues and validate enrollment status
- Educate providers on Enrollment requirements, turnaround times and other pertinent information
- Complete/coordinate paperwork for EDI/ERA/EFT/Eligibility enrollment
- Manage paperwork from agreement completion, provider signature, agreement tracking, through approval
- Manage enrollment cases through XIFIN’s CRM including processing and tracking enrollment requests
- Assist providers with EDI related issues and follow up on provider inquiries
- Efficiently respond to incoming request or calls and provide prompt and courteous service to customers
What qualifications are needed?
High School Diploma required, advanced coursework in Finance, Business or Healthcare a plus- Experience in Credentialing, healthcare billing and medical terminology required
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to create, edit, copy, send and save documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to work full time in the office
