Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the automotive industry. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and making recommendations to improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2-year college degree and be proficient in Excel. Experience in Power BI is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and identify trends in the automotive industry to provide insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives
- Provide support and training to team members on data analysis tools and techniques
Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2-year college degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience in Power BI or similar business intelligence software is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Physical Demands: To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast pace environment. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Lift up to 30 lbs.
