Warehouse Supervisors: Responsible for overseeing the general operations of the warehouse and the staff. To handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported. Train new workers and ensure their performance is adequate.
Responsibilities:
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR and senior management.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- 2-3 years of forklift experience.
- Meet weight lifting requirements of 50 lbs.
Education Requirements:
- Basic Math.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Capable to stand for long periods of time.
- Warehouse supervisor experience: 2-3 years.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- All candidates must pass background check, pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
