HR Generalist

The person in this role must have superb organizational skills, well-developed project management skills and keen attention to detail.   If you’re looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and fun Talent Operations opportunity in a growing organization, this position is for you!   Responsibilities:   ●      Supports our team members by being knowledgeable about a range of HR topics including, payroll, benefits, onboarding, policies, culture, etc. ●      Maintains and updates ongoing employee life cycle information and changes related to compensation, benefits, career mobility, organizational structure, among others ●      Supports ongoing benefits communication and coordinates/drives benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness) ●      Creates efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processes ●      Assists new hires and employees through the onboarding and offboarding processes, respectively, providing guidance and information to ensure a positive employee experience ●      Maintains and updates accurate documentation of payroll and benefits processes and procedures, trains back-up resources for the role ●      Assists with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits, and filings throughout the year   Requirements: ●      Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS, and compliance ●      Experience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e., ADP, Paylocity) ●      Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused ●      Successful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments ●      Excellent organizational and collaboration skills ●      BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Xometry is the source for on-demand manufacturing, offering massive capacity, instant online quotes, fast lead times, and affordable pricing.
