Client Servicing: Implementation Lead Xometry is looking for an Implementation Lead, to guide our growing number of clients through implementation and provide support by configuring our product to their needs.  You will have the opportunity to work with manufacturers around the world, understand their business in detail and help them utilize our company to address their needs. You will help identify and develop new opportunities for expansion by managing accounts and increasing usage of our products as clients and the platform grow. Your experience working with clients and other stakeholders will be critical to informing future development of Xometry's product suite. About the Role: You will be responsible for leading newly signed clients through the implementation of the Xometry software. This includes scoping, system design and configuration, and training. Become an expert on Xometry software and its applications. Manage and Execute Client project timelines including: Work with clients to understand their industry, company operations, and needs from Xometry in order to scope their configuration. Define project timeline, scope, and specifications. Balance client timelines with internal resource capacity. Evaluate and update scope based on changing client requests. Utilize Xometry’s internal software tools to create a custom experience tailored to each client.Work with Implementations Engineers to scope and write out specification’s documents for advanced, client-specific custom features. Collate customer insights and collaborate with the Product Team to inform new features and future product development.
 Utilize Product board to track customer insights to be prioritized and valued within the product development cycle Handle request tickets from Intercom in a timely manner About You: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and organized, with a passion for continuously improving processes. Enjoy interfacing with clients and developing strong relationships for mutual success. Understand the goals of a project while keeping the future of Xometry 's product strategy in mind. Excited about engaging clients while gaining knowledge on the technical side of the product and company. Qualifications: Experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, account management, process engineering, manufacturing operations, or systems engineering. Strong organizational & prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot resource dependencies, limitations & risks. Familiarity with various project management & workflow tools (ex. JIRA, Asana, Slack etc) Bonus points: ●      SQL Experience ●      Experience with SaaS businesses ●      Experience with manufacturing operations
