Job Description :
- Provide daily onsite IT support at the Plainfield, IN - Client Warehouse site.
- Qualified candidate will be responsible for daily (8am-5pm) IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific warehouse IT device support such as servers, phones, printers, and handheld scanners, etc.
- Candidate will need to be physically able to walkaround the large warehouse on a daily basis for spot checks / rounds and device troubleshooting.
Ambient temperature and refrigerated environments are part of the support landscape.
- Candidate will need superior customer service skills and able to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
- We are looking for an entry level candidate with 0-5 years experience only.
Skills
- 3 years of related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Must have troubleshooting, analytic, and problem solving skills.
- Works effectively in teams.
- Microsoft Office
- Must have prior experience installing / configuring printers
- Vaccinated against Covid-19 - Yes / No
