Job Description
What are the job responsibilities?
Own revenue and be responsible for Coach’s full funnel customer acquisition and retention strategy and implementation
Develop product to create a more diversified top of funnel and increase marketing spend efficacy
Develop growth strategies to improve retention, implement subscription programs and increase the customer lifetime value
Work with counterparts in marketing/product/sales teams to ensure strong alignment across the entire funnel
Optimize the revenue funnel against our core cohorts
Effectively communicate the growth program to the broader organization
We are just starting on our growth journey, so this role is expected to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves
Qualifications
Commercial results driven
Be fluent in all B2B customer acquisition channels
Experience at a rapidly growing software company
Experience with a B2B revenue model
Has set up and managed well-defined metrics and KPIs to track performance
Ability to maintain a collaborative and flexible leadership style
Compelling executive presence, strong communication and relationship building skills
Strong experience in understanding and optimizing the user journey across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral.
You are data driven and are hands on with analysis on channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and use data to inform business decisions
