As a prominent travel, health, and wellness brand, we are revolutionizing the approach to well-being in the bustling airport environment. Our commitment is unwavering, and our XpresTest team plays a pivotal role by partnering with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Our collaborative efforts extend beyond COVID-19 variant detection, encompassing the comprehensive detection and sequencing of 30 different pathogens that could potentially be introduced into the U.S. by international travelers. The Field Implementation Manager is responsible for driving the flawless execution of key initiatives and strategies across XpresCheck, ensuring that all operating units can deliver the highest level of service to our participants. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to infrastructure standards, technology implementation, and compliance with branding standards. The FIM will also play a critical role in ensuring that locations are following standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing correct testing protocol training, conducting regular on-site audits, and providing on-site management coverage as needed. This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Standards:
- Ensure that all airport locations on the East Coast adhere to established infrastructure standards, including technology, capital equipment, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement and maintain infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and address infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Technology Implementation
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems at the airport locations, ensuring they meet operational needs.
Compliance with Branding Standards:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with branding standards to ensure consistency in the presentation of our services across locations.
- Work closely with location managers to address any deviations from branding guidelines.
SOP Adherence and Training:
- Ensure that all locations are following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing, data collection, and participant interactions.
- Provide training to location staff on SOPs and testing procedures as needed.
On-Site Audits:
- Conduct regular on-site audits at each airport location to assess compliance with infrastructure, technology, branding, and SOP standards.
- Document audit findings and work with location managers to implement corrective actions.
On-Site Management Coverage:
- Provide on-site management coverage and support as required, especially during periods of high activity or when issues arise.
- Collaborate with location managers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service to participants.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to visit airport locations across the region to ensure that all locations are aligned with company standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in managing multi-location operations, preferably in a healthcare or bio-surveillance setting.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards, technology implementation, and branding guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and address technology-related issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel as needed (up to 50%).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the varying schedules of airport travelers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and hospitality.
