We are Hiring a Regional Sales Engineer!
Job Summary: The Regional Sales Engineer is an expert in a specific area of application development. They provide deep technical knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to critical projects. Their role involves solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise: Specialize in a specific domain (e.g., security, performance).
Technical Consultation: Advise on complex technical challenges and client requirements.
Research and Development: Explore new technologies and tools.
Quality Assurance: Review code, ensure adherence to standards, and optimize performance.
Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and share best practices.
Solution Design: Propose customized technical solutions for clients.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with at least 5 years' experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
•Experience providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
•Ability to Travel 30% of the time to the Northeast Region in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with pumping systems and/ or construction.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle complex team dynamics.
• Innovation: Propose creative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management techniques
• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation
• Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
