JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The BCBA shall:
1. Have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or Psychology/Education
2. Have a minimum of five years experience providing ABA treatment to children with Autism, including three years experience with staff supervision
3. Must be an outstanding teacher, work collaboratively with staff, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Any additional certifications (principal, supervisor, licensed psychologist/school psychologist, etc.) are highly preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst needed for a private, Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) special education school.
Duties include supervision of school and staff, staff and parent training, curriculum development, supervision and implementation of functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans, staff training in teaching procedures and behavior management, supervision and training in community based instruction, and presentation of data-based projects at local and national ABA and education conferences.
