Employees in this role define the automation/solution architecture, and describe how elements of the technologies interoperate in the ecosystem. They are responsible for defining the automation roadmap in line with business unit strategy. They have analytical ability and creativity in anticipating trends, knowledge of leading-edge products/technology and industry in order to effectively participate on business unit and Kyndryl Architectural Boards. They play a key role in selection of Automation tools, defining a roadmap for the customer’s automation environment and participation and guidance to teams that automate Critical business processes. They also keep the development community up-to-date about standards bodies and technologies that may be employed to create Kyndryl’s solutions/products.
