Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our menu and recipes.
You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with menu planning and development as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager
Requirements :
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
