We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with exceptional marketing skills to join our growing Marketing Team!

What you will do

• Deliver marketing strategy and plan and contribute to the sales strategy and plan for assigned product/market
• Collaborate effectively with sales, services, and product development and teams to continually review and evolve sales and marketing strategy
• Manage production and delivery of all marketing activities for assigned product/market
• Understand the client and prospect base and develops effective sales and marketing messaging
• Oversee marketing efforts (e.g. messaging, promos) and strategy for events
• Develop strong calls to action to generate leads and manages the prospect funnel for desired results
• Leverage various marketing systems to coordinate and deliver marketing collateral
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of product/market marketing content
• Provide reporting to leadership and makes recommendations on strategy changes based on marketing analytics
• Understand Yardi corporate culture, messaging, and branding
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with project and product stakeholders
• Report to the VP of Multifamily

What you need to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience
• Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization
• Experience in specified product/market/industry
• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and editing skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others
• Ability to use marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS)
• Knowledge of the multifamily industry required
