The Enhancement Crew Leader is responsible for maintaining top industry standards in all aspects of enhancements. This position requires competence in planting, hardscaping, tree installation, bed maintenance, mulching, and other essential duties that are required to beautify properties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Master the skills necessary to perform the work you were hired to do according to top industry standards.
· Pre-planning for each project
· Mulching
· Planting
· Tree Installation
· Seasonal clean ups and maintenance
· Some hardscaping
· Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures
· Perform snow removal responsibilities in accordance with Company’s snow plan
· Manage crew productivity and performance to adhere to contract hours and specifications.
· Manage crew member’s daily time and attendance
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 year’s experience with a professional landscaping company doing enhancements.
- Ability to push, pull lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Insurability and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a skid steer.
- Ability to read landscape designs/blueprints.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Accurate installations completed in or under specified time frame in order to maintain efficient work flow.
- High quality work completed the first time. No call-backs or warranty work necessary.

Work Conditions: sit, stand, bend, continuously for 8 hours.
Salary: $20-$30/hourly
Equipment Used: Hand tools, motorized tools, skid steers, small machines, PPE
Work Schedule: 7:30a-4:30p, M-F with overtime as necessary.
