Yardscape Backyard Buildings is expanding into Lake Murray, South Carolina!
We are a North Carolina-based Shed, outdoor storage, Metal Garage, and Greenhouse dealer that has seen exponential growth since our inception in 2021.
Our Newest Rockstar Sales Coordinator:
Will you be the next Yardscape Rockstar? We are looking for a results-driven, quality-focused, and customer-centric sales star to join our team. Our ideal candidate is comfortable while talking to people, has a winning attitude, and will drive growth and development from our new location in Lake Murray, SC.
Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all Sheds and products we sell and effectively communicating this information to customers and leads.
To be successful, you should be up-to-date with all the latest developments in the portable structures industry and have a passion for sales. You should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals, and close the deal without being aggressive.
Shed Salesperson Responsibilities:
Converting lot visitors or online leads into loyal and repeat customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate shed or outdoor storage solution.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of our different sheds and structures, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
Providing visitors a guided tour of the sales lot and demonstrating the features of each shed or storage building onsite.
Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future. Referral business is very important to our company.
Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them often.
Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Maintaining reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
Assisting with the setup of the lot and shed displays.
Ensuring a quality customer experience that will lead to repeat sales and referrals.
Saels Coordinator Requirements:
A proven track record in sales would be advantageous.
A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
