Deliver Driver

Yarger Machinery Sales Inc. is looking for a new team member. Yarger Machinery Sales is a fast-growing short line dealer. We offer many of the best brands that the Agricultural World has to offer, plus an excellent selection of used equipment. We have an immediate full time opening for a Class A CDL Delivery Driver. Applicant must be a reliable, hard-working, with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and be able to work in a team environment. Applicant must have a good driving record. Driver would be handling mostly local loads, with experience with oversized loads being a plus. Diesel tractor experience and/or farm machinery set up is a plus but not required. Duties:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Experience:

- Previous experience with oversized loads preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Proficient in using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other related equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Note: A valid driver's license and Class A CDL and clean driving record are required for this position.
